ON NOVEMBER 3, 2026, VOTE TO ELECT JAIME AGNEW FOR JUDGE OF THE LUCAS COUNTY COMMON PLEAS COURT, PROBATE DIVISION
Jaime understands the impact that legal decisions have on individuals, families, and communities. She has dedicated her career to public service and ensuring that every person who comes before the court is treated with fairness, dignity, and respect.
Jaime's qualifications include serving as a Senior Assistant Attorney General, five years as a Magistrate for the Toledo Municipal Court, and more than ten years of experience with the Public Defender's Office, where she recently returned to continue her commitment to public service.
Jaime has represented clients in Appellate Court, Federal Bankruptcy Court, Criminal Court, and Family and Domestic Relations Court. She is a proven leader and, if elected as Judge of the Lucas County Common Pleas Court, Probate Division, Jaime will lead with integrity, wisdom, compassion, and impartiality.
Judges of the Lucas County Court of Common Pleas, Probate Division, oversee some of life's most important and personal matters. Probate Court handles the administration of estates, guardianships, trusts, adoptions, mental health proceedings, and other cases that directly impact individuals and families during significant moments in their lives.
These decisions often involve protecting vulnerable individuals, honoring the wishes of loved ones, and ensuring that legal matters are handled fairly and compassionately. It is important for the residents of Lucas County to elect a Judge who is committed to treating every person who enters the courtroom with dignity, respect, and impartiality.
Lucas County deserves a Probate Judge with a strong legal background, extensive courtroom experience, and a deep understanding of the challenges families face. Most importantly, we need a Judge who combines sound judgment, compassion, and common sense to make thoughtful decisions that serve both the law and the people of our community.
